Wizrom Software: “SMEs adapt to new labour market challenges with standardized and automated HR management programs”
Given the new context of the labour market – which involves the adoption of hybrid and remote work models – small and medium-sized companies are beginning to feel the need to implement software systems for payroll and personnel management, according to Wizrom, one of the largest companies developing IT solutions for organizations in Romania. Company representatives believe that the need for customers to pivot between work models demonstrates once again how useful a versatile and standardized human resource management program is to customers.
Through such software, companies can adapt to the new reality of the labour market, avoiding surprises related to changing legislation, emerging trends, and security risks for employees. Organizations can thus correctly set the goals, strategies and budgets needed for HR management.
“We have noticed in recent months that the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises have changed. The reopening of offices, but also the beginning of the fourth pandemic wave, imposed the need to adapt the new way of working of employees. Of course, this hybrid model is more difficult to manage than a 100% telework or 100% physical presence, and managers are constantly looking for ways to lower costs and increase productivity. Automated payroll and employee management platforms are the most convenient solution for these companies,” says Adrian Bodomoiu, General Manager at Wizrom Software.
According to the European Commission, in industry, trade, construction and services, in Romania there are about 500,000 small and medium enterprises – cumulating 99% of all companies active in the national economy. The National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) published, at the end of 2020, a document according to which 61% of them reduced their activity during the last year. However, in the first quarter of this year, there was an increase of over 52% compared to the first three months of 2020 in terms of registrations of new companies, with 41,251 new SMEs registered.
In the current context, companies are in a position to manage either a hybrid or a remote work system. Especially given that organizations are forced to make a rapid transition from one way of working to another – taking into account health conditions – they need to rely on a versatile staff management solution that can be implemented quickly and in efficiently.
Wizrom – building on its two decades of experience in implementing software for human resource management in more than 3,000 businesses in Romania – has set a standard workflow in WizSalary and WizOne solutions, making it available to SMEs a standard version designed especially for this segment – WizOne for All. It covers the most common flows in the departments dedicated to human resources, the implementation being fast and without initial costs.
“Regardless of the attitude towards the changes we are going through – whether we see them as obstacles to overcome or whether we see them as opportunities for growth and learning – companies must adapt to the new reality. Technologies are constantly evolving, and new trends dictate new directions of development. However, sometimes the huge amount of information and legislative changes are difficult to navigate. Therefore, we decided to offer this standardized version of WizSalary and WizOne – WizOne for All – human resource management solutions, especially addressed to small and medium-sized companies, which can thus optimally carry out their core business, knowing that the HR management is covered,” adds Adrian Bodomoiu.
WizOne for All includes four modules and can be implemented in just one week. The software has no implementation or installation costs, and the license is paid on a monthly subscription, depending on the size of the company.
