Bureau Veritas recertificates Timpuri Noi Square for Coronavirus prevention measures

The office buildings Timpuri Noi Square, obtained the Safe Guard recertification this year, following the audit carried out by Bureau Veritas, which attests the safety of sanitary measures implemented in the current context of the pandemic, in this way providing the needed support to tenants in their process of returning to office. Bureau Veritas conducted the initial certification audit for Timpuri Noi Square in the summer of 2020, and the Vastint Romania project then obtained one hundred percent compliance with the prevention measures regarding the new virus.

Being one of the most modern and dynamic urban poles in the capital – Timpuri Noi Square has reconsolidated the collaboration with Bureau Veritas, world leader in testing, inspection and certification to reconfirm the proper conduct of safety procedures cleaning and disinfection protocols in the common space functional perimeter.  

The mixed used project, Timpuri Noi Square, set out from the very beginning its ambition to achieve important objectives, such as safety and security of employees in the work environment, but also the necessary characteristics in the context of their need to return to the office.

The recertification carried out by Bureau Veritas covers common areas, such as the receptions and lobby lifts and restores the sanitary standards applicable to the entire commercial area of 53.000 , consisting of the 3 buildings put into use so far.
