Romanian Software launches application that helps companies make budget scenarios in the context of pandemic crisis
Romanian Software, one of the Romanian market leaders in developing and implementing software solutions for the HR departments, has launched an application that allows companies to make different budget scenarios and more efficiently manage the funds they have, in the context of the health crisis. The company has invested over 20,000 Euro in the development of this new functionality, the money coming from its own funds.
The application helps managers to respond accurately to situations such as: “What savings do you make in the months when employees are technically unemployed?”, “How much from the department’s budget do we save if we freeze bonuses?” salaries or collective redundancies? ” What are the costs of reconfiguring offices to allow for physical distance? ”.
“We thought about the challenges that companies need to solve quickly and created an application to help them make all possible budgeting scenarios and make smart business decisions. It is a complex but intuitive tool, easy to adapt to the needs of different organizations in the fields: banking, construction, energy, food industry, media, services, production, distribution or public institutions “, said Victor Dragomirescu, General Manager of Romanian Software.
“Calculating the budget is essential in any company, whether we refer to the allocation of resources, performance evaluation or the development of new business strategies. Because it is a complex, time-consuming computing process, companies tend to do it quarterly or annually. With the application developed by Romanian Software, the projections for budgeting the salary and operational costs can be made more often and punctually, by departments or cost centers, ”Victor Dragomirescu explained.
Through the budgeting application, companies can build their budget in advance or, depending on the current economic context, they can recalculate their budgets according to the new business objectives. Once the user has logged in to the application, “what if” scenarios are made simple by entering data into the system. Thus, users can calculate the expenses with salary increases, granting bonuses, bonuses, benefits or can see how the company’s resources are impacted by new hires, the introduction of technical unemployment or the termination of employment contracts. The application works with updated company data and makes budget scenarios by departments and cost centers, for different periods of time.
