Wonderful appoints a new General Manager for Romania and Moldova

Wonderful offers an AI operating system (AI OS)—a unified operational layer that enables agents, workflows, applications, and governance mechanisms to function in an integrated manner across the entire organization.

The company already works with organizations in key sectors—including telecommunications, banking and financial services (BFSI), media, healthcare, and retail—and will support large companies in Romania and Moldova to develop, test, deploy, and manage AI agents and applications in areas such as support, sales, back-office, human resources, operations, and engineering.

The appointment of Yannis Jacob-Drăghici comes at a pivotal moment for Wonderful’s growth. In September 2026, the company closed a $550 million Series C funding round at a valuation of $5 billion.

Wonderful operates in over 35 markets and has more than 800 employees globally. Currently, clients use the Wonderful AI OS to automate end-to-end workflows, develop and deploy AI-native applications, and coordinate AI agents across various parts of the organization.
