A graduate of the University of Craiova with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, she also holds a Master’s in Web Programming from the University of Bucharest and an MBA from UQAM, Université du Québec à Montréal.

Lucia believes in authentic leadership, is dedicated to building high-performing teams, and advocates for ethical AI and responsible innovation. Her expertise spans operations, IT project management, telecommunications, process management, risk management, and process improvement.
