Devhd, at 10 years: almost 2 million euros turnover, a team 10 times larger and over 140 ServiceNow projects implemented

Devhd, a company specialized exclusively in services and solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, celebrates 10 years of activity, supported by organic growth and specialization. The company started its activity with a team of two IT specialists – the two founders, Adrian Herdan and Florin Daniș, and today it is ServiceNow Premier Partner. From 2016 to 2026, Devhd ran over 140 projects worldwide, serving organizations in Romania, Germany, the UK, the United States, Israel and other European and international markets.
If in 2023, Devhd exceeded the threshold of a turnover of 1 million euros for the first time, in 2024 it recorded revenues of around 1.3 million euros and the growth trend continued thereafter. In 2025, the company reported revenues of around €1.9 million, 43% higher than in the previous year. At the same time, Devhd achieved an EBITDA of RON 3.7 million and an EBITDA margin of 38.8%, results that reflect a sustainable but organic development strategy, supported exclusively by its own investments, constant in people, expertise, certifications and the expansion of the service portfolio.
Currently, Devhd has a team of 22 employees and collaborators and continues its development in a context in which organizations are increasingly investing in automation, governance and the integration of artificial intelligence into business processes.
From a simple idea to a ServiceNow partner of choice
When they founded the company in 2016, Adrian and Florin started with the conviction that there was room for a different ServiceNow partner: one specialized 100% on the platform, with a focus on quality, deep expertise andlong-term relationships with customers, not on the volume of projects.
Before the launch of the company, the two had already collaborated for several years on complex ServiceNow projects and were among the professionals who contributed to the early development of this ecosystem in Romania. The experience gained has given them not only a clear perspective on the potential of the platform, but also the belief that projects can be delivered with more focus on architecture, quality and long-term sustainability.
“The platform had huge potential, but we saw that many implementations solved the problem of the moment, without being built for what was to come in five or ten years. We chose to build differently: with a focus on architecture, quality and solutions that evolve with the client’s business.” says Adrian Herdan, CEO and co-founder.
In addition to the technological component, there was also a personal motivation. After years spent in large and very large companies, Adrian wanted to build a company based on trust, autonomy and responsibility,
where people have the freedom to perform without micro-management and without unnecessary organizational barriers.
“In large organizations, I felt that sometimes processes end up slowing down people instead of helping them. For simple things it took weeks of approvals. When we started Devhd, we set out to build the company we would have loved to work in: based on trust, autonomy and responsibility. I believe that when you choose the right people, the role of a manager is to give them the context and the freedom to perform”, says Adrian Herdan.
With its development, the company’s offer has also expanded, including in addition to implementation services and strategic architecture and consulting services, managed services, operational support, training and development of user skills, reseller services for ServiceNow licenses, development of own applications on the platform.
More recently, Devhd has developed a line of business dedicated to independent software vendors (ISVs) and organizations that want to turn their own solutions into ServiceNow Store certified applications. The Devhd team offers complete services, from solution design and architecture to development, certification, publication and ongoing support, so that the applications and integrations developed by customers can be available to the global ecosystem of over 8000 ServiceNow customers.
From the position of ServiceNow Premier Partner, Devhd constantly invests in team specialization, obtaining certifications and Validated Practices. These programs validate technical expertise and the quality of delivery processes and allow the company to remain competitive in an ecosystem with more than 2000 global partners. For clients, they are an important indicator that they are working with a partner capable of honoring complex projects in a predictable way and at high standards.
New opportunities generated by AI
If in the past the main challenge was the adoption of the platform, today customers are looking for predictability, governance, measurable results and the ability to build solid foundations for digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
The maturation of the market is also reflected in the type of projects in which Devhd is currently involved. More and more organizations are choosing to rebuild existing implementations to create a foundation ready for automation and AI. Recently, the company reimplemented in about two months an ITSM (IT Service Management) solution for a customer in the financial services sector, obtaining a health score of 98% and preparing the platform for future developments.
“Over the past 10 years, we’ve seen the ServiceNow ecosystem transform radically. Today, the challenge is no longer to implement the platform, but to build healthy, scalable and AI-ready digital organizations. I think this is the best indicator of the maturation of the market,” Adrian Herdan said.
In the coming years, Devhd aims to strengthen its position as a trusted partner for organizations that use ServiceNow as a strategic platform for digital transformation and that want to adopt artificial intelligence in enterprise processes. In parallel, Devhd will expand its practice dedicated to developing and publishing applications and integrations on the ServiceNow Store.
“Looking back, I am perhaps the proudest that all this growth has been organic. We built step by step, constantly investing in people, expertise and customer relations. We never set out to be the biggest. We aim to be a trusted ServiceNow partner for organizations looking for quality, expertise, and long-term relationships. This was our goal in 2016 and remains our goal today,” adds Adrian Herdan.
