Europe’s Go-to-Market Accelerator for AI Startups Launches Built by entrepreneurs. Powered by Distribution. Designed to turn MVPs into real traction—fast.
AcceleratorX opens Cohort 1 applications – offering AI startups unprecedented access to a pan-European network of 2,000+ marketing and communications professionals across 30 countries as real pilot clients from day one.
AcceleratorX, a new breed of startup accelerator purpose-built for AI founders, today announces its official launch and the opening of applications for Cohort 1. Backed by CommUnity International – the EU’s leading alliance of marketing agencies spanning 32 members, 30 countries, and 2,000+ professionals, AcceleratorX is the only accelerator in Europe where distribution is built into the program: a network of real clients ready to pilot, validate, and deploy AI solutions from the very first week of the program.
KUBIS Interactive participates in this project as a partner in Romania, and CEO Radu Florescu is one of the mentors who will work with the participants selected for the final stages.
We are witnessing several forces converging simultaneously, creating the perfect storm for the AI startup ecosystem. The EU is making its largest-ever technological commitment – combining unprecedented capital deployment with regulatory support such as EU Inc. At the same time, AI is collapsing the cost of building, enabling teams of fewer than 10 people to reach €10M+ ARR in months, often before raising institutional capital. In this new reality, technology is no longer the moat. Speed of execution and distribution are. These are the forces that now define exponential growth.
Most AI founders hit the same wall: you’ve built something remarkable – but now you need users, fast. Finding early adopters, getting real feedback, and understanding what resonates across fragmented European markets is slow, expensive, and isolating. Traditional accelerators don’t solve this. They offer pitch training and investor intros but that’s not the bottleneck. You don’t need another mentor telling you to “talk to customers.”. You need customers to talk to. That’s the gap we solve.

Led by Vlad Popovici (AcceleratorX Director) and Axel Thoma (Curriculum Director), the 3-month online program offers a pan-European network of real clients ready to pilot, validate, and deploy AI solutions from the very first week of the program. Also, other unparalleled benefits: access 1:1 with founders who’ve scaled globally, operator-level feedback on product, GTM and fundraising, warm investor intro and a network that doesn’t just advise – it executes. From MVP to Market Leader.
The program also includes a curated group of Mentors from the CommUnity International network, true operators who have built, scaled, and shipped: Bjørn Franke (Die Kavallerie), Bülent Cakir, Czarek Hurka (Advertiva), Domingos Guimares (Live Content), Juraj Sasko (Visibility), Mark Bourichter (Husare), Markus Inzinger (Otago), Radu Florescu (Kubis), Susanne Hartinger (Hartinger) and Thomas Hans (Husare).
AcceleratorX is designed for seed-stage AI startups with a live MVP, led by EU-based founding teams with at least one technical co-founder. Priority verticals include MarTech, HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, and Climate Tech – though any AI startup whose solution can be validated through a pan-European marketing network is encouraged to apply.
Applications are Now Open for Cohort 1.Selection is competitive and based on traction potential, not just vision. Early applications are strongly recommended on https://acceleratorx.eu. Selected startups are eligible to receive funding, founder-led mentorship, product validation with real clients and warm VC introductions.
