WebitFactory launches Siarem.ro, the AI-first platform aiming to eliminate “pen and paper” from Romanian SMEs

Over 80% of small and medium-sized businesses in Romania still rely on physical notebooks or rigid Excel spreadsheets, according to the latest studies

WebitFactory, a Romanian technology company, launches Siarem.ro, an integrated management system that combines the functionalities of a classic CRM with extended capabilities, built for the Romanian SME ecosystem. It was designed to serve as a solid foundation for native artificial intelligence integration, in a context where many traditional systems were not built to integrate natively with AI agents – a limitation that is becoming increasingly visible as we enter the agentic AI era. For its first year of activity, the company aims to support the digitalization of over 1,000 SMEs in Romania.

The launch comes at a time when Romania ranks last in Europe in terms of artificial intelligence adoption, with a rate of approximately 16.2%, below the global average, according to the latest international reports. At the same time, small and medium-sized companies operate in a fragmented digital ecosystem, juggling separate tools for customer management, operations, scheduling, project organization, invoicing, inventory tracking, and internal team communication, alongside other daily processes that, in the absence of a unified platform, end up consuming time and resources.

The platform includes features such as daily task management, Gantt charts for project planning, and a dedicated customer management hub that aggregates leads from multiple sources, such as online forms, business cards, messaging applications, and email inboxes. These are complemented by features such as meeting scheduling, similar to Calendly, and advanced forms that can be shared via link, following the logic of Google Forms, through which companies can quickly collect information from clients, partners, or employees. The AI-first architecture also paves the way for advanced automation and data analysis functionalities, which will be added later.

Another key element of the product is its simplified monetization model, based on a per-user subscription with no hidden costs. This approach allows SMEs to optimize their software budgets and better plan long-term expenses.

Siarem.ro is designed as a flexible platform, adaptable to multiple industries through an extension system, without being limited to a specific sector. The solution is developed in compliance with European data protection standards (GDPR).
