RCG Consulting Group SRL supports young people in their training and professional integration process and announces that the first 50 people have enrolled in the “Students on the Labor Market” project (SMIS Code 318213), financing contract number G2024-73732 of 07.11.2024, co-financed by the European Social Fund+ through the Education and Employment Program 2021 – 2027

“We want to move from simple theory to applied solutions. We conceived this project as a mechanism that works not only on paper, but in reality. Today, more than ever, education must be anchored in reality. Most graduates want concrete opportunities, but they don’t know where to find them, and companies need new talent, but they encounter candidates who need training for the reality of the labor market. Universities invest resources in training, but they don’t always have the means to integrate students directly into the labor market, and this project is the answer to these challenges,” says Doru Tit, founder, RCG Consulting Group.
The specific objective of the programme is ESO4.5, improving the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness and labour market relevance of education and training systems, including by validating non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurship and digital skills, and by promoting the introduction of dual training systems and apprenticeship systems European Social Fund+.
“We identified a common problem, the gap between the skills developed in the higher education system and the real demands of the labor market, which this program addresses. We enrolled in the project because we see as a primary effect a correction of this imbalance that has so far led to unemployment among graduates and a lack of qualified personnel in key industries. Thus, we have assumed the role of active partners of young people and support them in the process of training and professional integration, in direct collaboration with universities in Cluj County”, mentions Cristina Florina Cristea Deac, manager of the Occupational Education Program department within RCG.
In addition, in the fourth quarter of the year, RCG Consulting will inaugurate an Entrepreneurial Hub, in an accessible location of interest to students. This space is designed as a support tool for acquiring the complementary skills necessary for integration into the labor market and for facilitating direct contact between students and the business environment.
The Hub will be a space dedicated to youth entrepreneurship, where they will have the opportunity to participate in thematic workshops, access a specialized library with volumes in the field of entrepreneurship and other relevant areas, and interact with representatives of the business environment by participating in profile events. The space will be equipped with modern equipment and designed to actively support the professional development and entrepreneurial spirit of students. The total budget of the project is 4,816,095.72 lei, of which the value of EU and state budget co-financing is 4,575,290.93 lei. The project is implemented in the North-East, North-West, West and Center Regions for a period of 24 months, between December 2024 and November 2026.
