Emilian Bordea, the new Delivery Director of Softserve Romania

SoftServe, one of the main providers of IT consulting and digital services in the region, has appointed Emilian Bordea as Delivery Director for Romania. In this role, he will coordinate complex projects for various clients and industries, while also being responsible for managing operations and dedicated teams in the local development center.

With extensive experience in operational management, Emilian Bordea aims to attract the best local talent and deliver added value for clients in all coordinated projects. His leadership style, characterized by analytical thinking and high organizational skills, will thus contribute to the development of the organization in Romania.

With an impressive career behind him, Emilian has spent the last 14 years in various management positions. He has successfully coordinated teams and projects in the automotive, life sciences, energy and IT sectors, among others. As a professional training, Emilian holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, having, at the same time, also management studies.
