Going forward, buyers’ interests will be guaranteed under the InteRo’s Standardized Client Protection Protocol, which provides accurate information and constant updates about ongoing developments, while also enabling everyone to track construction works in real time, from everywhere on the globe.
The digital platform InteRoVerse will implement the Private Provisional Land Register, where anyone can view the status of sale, contract number or date of signing, and the client’s initials.
Separately, the independent law firm S.C.A. Ionescu Stoica & Asociații through a team coordinated by Collaborating Partner Adriana Lața will complete a monthly verification of the apartment inventory and validate the sale and purchasing contracts for the apartments that have already been sold, and the remaining apartments still available. This verification will be signed by the law firm and posted on InteRoVerse.

The provisional land register can be viewed on the InteRoVerse platform here, while the live stream from the construction site can be accessed through the project’s website, here.
The upcoming projects of SkyLight Residence (Obor), SunLight Residence (Tunari) and MoonLight Meadows (Otopeni) will benefit from the same transparency features.
