There are 2 types of services which will surface in 2024 depending on the maturity of the industry/company : digital (transformation) services for less mature organization and data (pattern analysis/creation based on data insides) related services for the companies with a mature digital footprint.

Personally, I believe companies should prioritize not only technological upgrades but also a deep understanding of industry-specific needs. Due to digitalization consumer behavior changed and traditional business approach is not answering to the customer expectations therefore companies have to reinvent, be creative in attacking the market. This year, securing a balance between innovation and a profound grasp of the unique challenges within our domain should be at the forefront.

One notable milestone is the establishment of a diverse leadership team equally represented from age/gender perspective and not only – this is the backbone of our organization, but the main driver of our culture also based on collaboration, performance & customer value. As well in 2023 after a 3 years efforts & investment htss lunched a new product on the market – wisepharm/wiseretail, an ERP for pharma/retail industries, developed following the latest technological advancements showing or commitment for innovation for people related industries.

With over 1,000 customers across 15 countries, htss has become a key player in providing software solutions, particularly in the healthcare sector. The focus on writing lines of code for patients, doctors, and pharmacists underscores our commitment to shaping the future of healthcare through technology.

Looking forward, our aspirations extend beyond the borders of Romania, aiming to make a global impact.
