Devhd will continue in 2024 the series of social responsibility actions within the “Compassion for the Community” initiative, started last year

In 2023, for Devhd – a company focused on innovative digital transformation solutions based on ServiceNow technology – involvement in the community represented a commitment, which materialized in the support of several social causes. As part of the “Compassion for the community” initiative, the organization was involved in a series of actions aimed at supporting three different missions, initiated by local foundations and associations.

“The community is the place where people of all ages live, but also our four-legged friends. Community is where we see each other, where we understand each other’s needs, and where we contribute to help each other. The needs of a community are multiple and varied, hence the aim of the Devhd team to support various projects”, said Adrian Herdan, Founder and CEO of Devhd. The supported causes targeted elderly people, children, but also animals and benefited from the involvement of the entire team.

Support for the elderly

“Elderly Fund” initiative In collaboration with the Royal Margareta Foundation of Romania, Devhd joined the mission to support elderly people in Bucharest, through the initiative “Fondul Vârstnicului”. The action was one designed to make 120 seniors happy and feel that they are important to someone around the winter holidays. Care packages, containing food, personal hygiene products and warm clothing, were personally delivered by the foundation’s volunteers, including members of the Devhd team.

Children’s Welfare – Lighting the Future

Mia’s Children Association And in 2023, the company supported the Mia’s Children Association. Sports and warm items were donated for the 41 children, as well as a water dispenser with a filtration system and a color printer for school projects.

Animal care

Animal protection association Europe4strays For the love of animals, Devhd has also collaborated with the Animal Protection Association Europe4strays, providing essential items for the more than 300 stray animals that the association cares for. “And in 2024 we will continue to get involved in projects that help the less fortunate members of the community. Compassion, giving support to those in need, supporting social causes are part of our core values. We will continue to be close to the community in which we are present and to support initiatives that make life a little better for others”, added Adrian Herdan.

Founded in 2016, Devhd is the first company in Romania that has assumed the role of providing customized digital solutions for digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. Devhd has successfully delivered over 120 ServiceNow projects and more than 40 applications on time and on budget, achieving a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4.75/5, featured on the company page and ServiceNow website. In autumn 2022, Devhd was selected to take part in the InnovX – BCR 2022 Scaleup Cohort acceleration program alongside 15 other companies from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Also in 2022, Devhd received ServiceNow Premier Partner certification.
