The Board of Directors will be led by Marius Ștefan, the new president of RBL, and two vice-presidents, Laura Florea and Sergiu Neguț.
During the next two years, the members of the new Board of Directors of Romanian Business Leaders proposed to continue fulfilling the objectives of the 2021-2023 mandate, namely:
• sustainable growth of RBL education and entrepreneurship projects,
• strengthening the pillar of good governance through greater involvement of the community in discussions with the Government and Parliament on public policies,
• developing the community of members and increasing the degree of involvement of its members in the organization’s initiatives and projects,
• expanding RBL’s activity in other cities in the country and abroad.
“In the last two years, I have had the pleasure of working closely with members of the Romanian Business Leaders team and community to contribute together to a Romania where future generations will want and be proud to live. The 3 pillars of RBL – entrepreneurship, education and good governance – are the basis of achieving this goal and I am grateful for the large number of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and leaders from the Romanian business who joined the RBL community during my mandate, who have the same faith and act in her spirit. I am delighted to pass on the baton to Marius Ștefan, in whom I have every confidence that he will continue to inspire and support Romanian entrepreneurs and business leaders through RBL projects, activities and initiatives. Finally, I want to thank everyone who has supported and inspired me all this time. I remain on the board of directors of the organization and I will continue to be actively involved in the RBL community, especially in the projects we carry out,” said Dragoș Petrescu, former president of RBL.

“The last few years have been a challenge for the business community in Romania. RBL is the place where you can find solutions and where you can get involved in the life of the community, be it Entrepreneurship, Education or Good Governance. I’m glad to be able to continue the RBL story and I’m convinced that together we can build the Romania we want for the next generations,” said Marius Ștefan.
