Ideologiq launches Quadratiq, a new E-Commerce and Data Science division dedicated to companies
Digital marketing and communication agency Ideologiq launches Quadratiq, a new E-Commerce and Data Science division dedicated to companies that want to expand or strengthen their position in B2C or B2B e-commerce in Central and South-Eastern Europe .
The new division will take over the agency’s entire e-commerce portfolio, predominantly made up of clients operating in the B2B segment, a segment in which the Ideologiq team already has extensive experience, accumulated over the last ten years. In addition, Ideologiq is a regional digital marketing and communication agency, active both in Romania and in Moldova, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia.
The new Ideologiq division will be led by Raluca Negrea, Managing Partner Quadratiq, Ideologiq E-Commerce and Data Science division.
“In 2021, when e-commerce in the 37 European states grew by 13%, Eastern Europe recorded increases that exceeded 35% in some cases. Favored by the context of the pandemic and boosted by the investments made by important players, this leap results in the development of the infrastructure necessary for online shopping, respectively the creation of new purchasing behaviors among users. In addition, the markets in our region are also the area with the greatest growth potential: only 46% of internet users shopped online in 2021”, said Raluca Negrea, Managing Partner Quadratiq, E-Commerce and Data Science Ideologiq division .
Raluca Negrea previously held the position of Country Manager Romania and Bulgaria at 2Performant. As a founder and partner in several marketing and technology companies, Raluca led multidisciplinary teams in cross-country projects, focusing on the Central and Eastern European markets. She also holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Communication of Bucharest University, and has an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (2013-2015).
The E-Commerce and Data Science division consists of specialists in consulting, strategy, programming, marketing, media and communication. All Ideologiq offices in Central and South-Eastern Europe are involved in the activity of this new division. Thus, regardless of the company’s country of origin, customers have access to the entire Ideologiq experience and resources throughout the region.

The launch of the E-Commerce and Data Science division, Quadratiq, continues the expansion process of the agency Ideologiq. At the beginning of 2022, Ideologiq announced the launch of the Atletiq sports management and marketing division.
The first new customers of the Quadratiq division are Elbi Electric & Lighting (eCommerce B2C) and Flip.ro (eCommerce B2B).
