The business segments that recorded the biggest increases in the first half of the year were: custom software development, e-commerce, cyber security, but also the mobile application segment and cloud services. During the mentioned period, the company started collaborating with new important clients from industries such as health, agriculture, or retail, including the Regina Maria private health network, Agrii Romania or Honest General Trading.
In the first six months of the year, Zitec continued the development of digital transformation partnerships with customers such as Sameday, through new security and data protection services and solutions, implemented within the projects for an increased degree of predictability, reduced security risks and a better data protection. The company also strengthened its position as a technological partner for the online retail segment through the projects developed for Freshful, Arctic or Pfarma.
“In the first half of the year, we focused on the growth of projects and partnerships in segments such as cyber security, online commerce, or software services customized to the needs of the company. Also, throughout this time, we have continued to develop our client portfolio with companies that are leaders in their fields of activity. As proof, we grew consistently compared to the same period of the previous year, by over 60 percent, while last year we recorded a special growth of 68 percent compared to 2020. For the second part of the year, we are counting on a similar evolution, in such a way that we close 2022 with a turnover of over 25 million euros”, said Alexandru Lapusan, CEO & Co-Founder of Zitec.
