Eventmix.live’s crowdfunding campaign, a platform that allows event organizers to run virtual and hybrid events under their own brand, has reached its target in less than a few hours since being publicly listed on SeedBlink. The objective of the round was to obtain from investors the amount of 500,000 euros to help the company accelerate global expansion.
Eventmix, founded by Sergiu Biris and Andrei Dunca, is an easy to use, all-in-one self-service white label platform for virtual and hybrid events that gives organizers all the tools they need to run events under their own brand.
Eventmix.live managed to exceed this threshold in a very short time, managing to obtain over 570,000 euros, ie 115% of the target. Given the high interest shown by investors, the company decided to continue accepting investments until reaching the threshold of 750,000 euros. According to the company, the Gap Minder VC investment fund will also participate in the financing round, which will invest 100,000 euros in the project, bringing their total investment in Eventmix.live to 300,000 euros.
The obtained investments will be used by the company to increase the marketing budget, but also to create an international sales team focused on customers in Europe and the United States. Eventmix.live is a startup founded by entrepreneurs Sergiu Biriș and Andrei Dunca, launched in the Public Beta version earlier this year, which is aimed at those who want to organize virtual or hybrid events such as conferences, workshops, trainings under their own brand. , webinars, concerts or courses. To date, the platform has hosted more than 30 events in Europe or the United States, with more than 20,000 participants. Eventmix.live’s clients included mainly multinational companies or event organizers.

We discovered that even though the switch to virtual was imminent, most companies that wanted to organize events found themselves stuck when confronted with the challenges of staging an event in the digital-first world.
