ANIS, the Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry, announces the extension of the TechTalent Growth program, through which it offers free IT courses to employees of companies in the country.
Starting today, at the IT courses organized by ANIS through the TechTalent Growth program, companies from different fields of activity, regardless of size, but with innovation potential, can enroll their employees for training in the following fields: programming (DevOps and Java), web design, database administration, DPO.

Companies that decide to enroll employees in free IT courses must have their main or secondary office outside Bucharest and Ilfov County. Course participants must also be employed, in whole or in part, by the company applying for this program.
Co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Human Capital Operational Program, TechTalent Growth (POCU / 464/3/12/128239) takes place in the period 2020-2021, but enrollment in courses can be done only until the end of April. Companies can select for their employees one of the five courses available in the program, namely: Programming (DevOps and Java), Databases, Web design, all at an advanced level, and a Data Protection Officer (DPO) Training Course. All courses are ANC certified. The courses are conducted online, being supported by trainers with extensive experience in training and IT courses. Participation in the courses is free, all costs involved being provided by the European Social Fund, through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014 – 2020.
New TechTalent Growth eligibility criteria The program is addressed to companies from all over the country – except Bucharest and Ilfov -, regardless of size, which fall into one of the areas of activity corresponding to the CAEN codes here. An employee can attend only one course. The participation of people over the age of 55 is also encouraged.
