It is very important for our team to feel safe and build a sense of belonging to the APT community, because the motivation and dedication of the people will be one of the main business drivers for business growth, as in year 2020.
Speaking about our main business lines, Recruitment and Temporary work, will follow same growth trend as in 2020. Due to low long-term predictability of the companies, I believe that temporary work will meet the need for flexibility, adaptability and scalability of the labor market. It is the perfect solution for business needs.
And of course, our focus is on supporting our business partners more than ever, considering personal and professional challenges.

In the pandemic, our operations quickly adapted to the mixed system and we expect to operate in the same system in the first half of 2021. I am convinced we will adapt to what will happen in the second half of the year. At least a few years from now we will not return to the working model applicable before 2020. I think that the new reality will consist in a more flexible mix between part-time and full-time, working on projects or contracts on indefinite period, work from home combined with physical presence at the office. It is an opportune moment for young people who want to start their own business based on their knowledge. The market encourages new entrepreneurs to develop not only on the local market but also outside Romania’s borders. The best example is represented by IT freelancers who are used to working project based.

In 2020 we had several successful projects with various partners, most of them for temporary work where the fast reaction, tight timeline and scalability where the most important tasks of the project. Last year was characterized by ultrafast ups and downs. Although the demand for recruitment has fallen sharply in the lockdown, at the end of 2020, the return has been spectacular. For us, this is a positive sign that the labor market has become dynamic.
As I said before, we will work in a mixed system, respecting all the safety measures. We adapt even more, both collectively and individually to the preference of each team member. Wellbeing of our team is important. We value people and our values are respect, adaptability, innovation, safety which help us to build trustworthy teams.
The manager is the core that manages to amplify people’s qualities. For this is very important to have empathy to understand and to be understood

More than in 2020, this year must be filled with optimism and positive attitude because the pandemic effects are felt even more strongly by tightening the circle of Covid-19 positive cases around us.
Now we can see the effects on a personal level following the lack of socialization in the last year. That is why more support is needed. We don’t necessarily have to improve some skills, but we still have to adapt to replace face-to-face socialization with the most active online communication possible.
Our philosophy is that we learn throughout our careers. However, in 2021 we aim to be even more adaptable because the effects of the pandemic are felt and to remain strongly connected online to maintain the cohesion of the team.
