TotalSoft launches HR Reporting as a Service following an initial investment of 300,000 euros
TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, announced it launched a new HR reporting as a Service solution (in SaaS mode).
The investment in the new reporting service so far amounts to 300,000 Euro, and will increase in the future to support companies in obtaining the most relevant information related to employees. The service is dedicated to the operational teams of Human Resources, top management, and other departments in an organization.
By creating a comprehensive reporting application that includes the most important performance indicators (KPIs) in the area of human resources, TotalSoft offers companies the opportunity to track the stages of workforce management, from business planning of recruitment applications to employment, onboarding, development, evaluation, promotion and separation.
The solution, easy to install and configure, can be used independently of other applications, and can be connected to any data source (excel, software solutions, various databases). One of the main benefits is the availability of SaaS (Software As A Service), which gives companies the option to pay strictly for the services used, at no additional cost.
The 300,000 Euro worth investment in the new HR solution complements TotalSoft’s efforts to increase digitization within organizations and is a continuation of projects already initiated in this direction.
Thus, TotalSoft has already launched a set of pilot reports that help companies understand and reduce the impact of COVID-19 on the organization. With these dashboards, companies can more easily understand how they need to communicate with employees and customers, what the overall impact is on the business, and how they can stabilize business operations.
The reports analyze, for example, the situations with employees who are at high risk of illness or the situation of hours worked from home, the mood of employees and the implementation of training programs requested by them during the pandemic.
