Mullen and TELUS International began collaborating in Romania with an employer branding campaign launched this fall. The campaign is built on the attributes through which TELUS International differs from other employers in the customer experience industry. Hashtag #ItsDifferentHere is the focus of the integrated campaign, which talks about the real members of the TELUS International team and the advantages and opportunities they are discovering here.

The concept of the campaign was created to correct various preconceptions related to customer support centers, for example the idea that jobs in this field would be suitable only for students or people looking for short-term or part-time jobs or the image those rows of offices with employees talking non-stop on the phone with dissatisfied customers.

The approach proposed by Mullen was to talk about TELUS International team members, what makes them happy, what benefits the company offers them and what opportunities they can pursue to develop personally and professionally. Thus, these real stories are offered as examples of how a job in the customer experience industry can bring you a rewarding, long-term career.

They responded enthusiastically to the casting brief and the photo shoot and were happy to be a key differentiator of the company, such as growth opportunities, free language training, learning options, the opportunity to work at home etc.
