Concentrix: Over 70% of companies see AI as a partner to employees, not a replacement
Romania, a regional hub of expertise in digital transformation and financial compliance services
A recent Concentrix survey shows that 72% of respondents believe artificial intelligence will complement employees’ work, increasing productivity without significantly reducing jobs. Only 6% see a real risk of replacement, while 22% remain neutral.
In response to the needs of companies undergoing digital transformation, Concentrix Romania aims to expand its portfolio of technology-driven, innovative services– services that gain value through AI integration:
- Financial Crimes & Compliance (FC&C) – fraud, money laundering, and regulatory risk, addressed through AI-assisted detection and compliance operations.
- Trust & Safety / Content Moderation – combining AI tools with human expertise to moderate content, detect abuse or fake accounts, and ensure digital platform integrity.
- Customer Experience and Digital Operations – blending automation, data insights, and multilingual teams to manage high-volume, complex interactions across multiple channels.

For these roles, we focus on language skills – especially German and French – as well as other languages such as Arabic, Nordic languages, Croatian, or Portuguese. In addition, digital skills have become mandatory for any career in our industry.
