Devhd: AI brings profit – 64% of companies report growth after implementation
Artificial intelligence is no longer just a trend or a fad dictated by big tech, but an everyday reality. A reality that is redefining the way organizations operate globally and that is forcing companies to adopt AI as quickly as possible to remain agile, efficient and one step ahead of the competition.
According to the latest Maturity Index study, 82% of companies plan to increase their investments in AI in the next year, and over half (55%) have already implemented 100 or more AI applications. Moreover, 64% of companies say that their profit margin has increased due to the implementation of artificial intelligence in their workflows.
This trend is also reflected at the organizational culture level: 61% of companies encourage teams to use AI solutions for daily tasks, and 56% say that their organization already operates based on a clear and shared vision regarding AI. However, only 28% of organizations are familiar with AI agents, and a third (33%) report difficulty finding the workforce with the skills needed to leverage these technologies.
Recently, Chris Taylor, Group Chief Executive Officer at Stellantis, reinforced this view: “What we’re seeing is an incredible increase in momentum to adopt AI. We’ve overcome the initial fear factor, and people are starting to use it, embrace it and create tangible value. It’s less of a threat and more of a way to increase productivity and job satisfaction.”
Stellantis has redesigned its processes around these capabilities. In Europe, 85% of their machines are programmed and loaded onto conveyors using artificial intelligence.
Using Stellantis as an example, ServiceNow recently demonstrated a supply chain specialist being alerted by an AI agent that detected a 25% increase in battery cell costs that could impact production. The agent recommended an approved alternative supplier and conducted a comprehensive analysis to ensure the new supplier could meet the correct product requirements.
“The companies of the future will no longer only pursue the punctual implementation of AI tools, but will seek to achieve added speed and agility by using autonomous AI agents, well-trained by specialized teams. They will have to be one step ahead in implementing AI to ensure a competitive advantage. But, already at a global level, artificial intelligence experts have become as expensive as the big names in world football. As a result, the only alternative for companies that do not have AI development as their core business, but only want to gain this competitive advantage over their competitors, is to collaborate with teams of strategic partners, teams with proven expertise in AI,” explains Adrian Herdan, CEO of Devhd.
In this context, Devhd, the first company in Romania focused exclusively on the ServiceNow platform, brings to the local market the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies, designed to transform the way organizations conduct their activities.
According to Devhd, the most relevant AI technologies in the Servicenow suite that will bring immediate value to businesses are: • Predictive Intelligence, which enables intelligent incident allocation and recommendations based on history
• Virtual Agent, a virtual assistant, available 24/7
• Now Assist, which integrates GenAI capabilities for automatic drafting, summaries and recommendations into workflows • Performance Analytics, which provides visibility and predictive analytics for efficient resource management
• Auto Classification, which automatically and correctly classifies various requests, eliminating errors and reducing response times
“Companies not only need access to technology, but also a partner with proven experience in implementation. Through our expertise in ServiceNow and through the mature team of certified consultants, architects and developers, we help customers achieve real business transformations. AI technologies in ServiceNow, implemented correctly, reduce operational costs, increase productivity and give companies the ability to make fast, data-based decisions”, said Adrian Herdan, Founder & CEO Devhd.
Implementing AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform brings companies direct and quantifiable benefits, from increasing operational efficiency by reducing incident resolution time and internal processes from days to minutes, to optimizing the decision-making process. ServiceNow redefines the way companies use artificial intelligence, transforming it into a business operating system, built on autonomous agents, integrated governance and a solid data infrastructure. In Romania, Devhd facilitates this transformation through end-to-end services, from strategic consulting and implementation to personalized support and development.
