Solid financial results in 2023 In 2023, the Smartemp company registered a consolidated turnover (which also includes the financial results of BIA Human Capital Solutions) of 164.5 million lei, up 10% compared to the previous year. This growth was mainly driven by the growing demand from companies for flexible HR solutions, as well as the expansion of Smartemp SA’s operations in close collaboration with BIA HCS.
