In 2023, Devhd exceeded the turnover of one million euros
Devhd – a company focused on innovative digital transformation solutions based on ServiceNow technology – exceeded one million euros in turnover, thus registering a 15% increase compared to the previous year.
The company’s growth in 2023 was ensured mainly through consulting projects and services, carried out as a ServiceNow Premier Partner (development, implementation, training and support for the automation of business processes), in various fields of activity, from the automotive industry, to manufacturing and technology sector. In the 7 years of operation on the Romanian market, the company has completed more than 120 projects and delivered more than 40 customized applications for enterprise clients from the country and abroad, all based on ServiceNow process automation technologies and solutions.
For 2024, the company expects to register a turnover of 1.25 million euros, which would be equivalent to an increase of 25% compared to 2023. At the same time, the team is to exceed 30 specialists at the end of 2024, currently it brings together 24 by colleagues.
“Since our establishment, we have preferred to have an organic growth, always finding a balance between the demand from our customers and the investments in the resources we needed, so that we can deliver the projects on time and within the promised budget conditions. We are happy that we managed not only to maintain this balance, but also to build a team and an organizational culture that I am convinced will bring us many satisfactions in the years to come”, explains Adrian Herdan, CEO of Devhd.
For this year, the company aims to focus on the delivery of projects and solutions to companies active in fields such as production, the automotive industry, financial services and technology, with a focus on compliance & regulatory, but also on the digitization of processes with the help of artificial intelligence.
“The year 2024 will be the year of Artificial Intelligence solutions, but it will not only be about ChatGPT, but about hundreds of other solutions, much more advanced, which will have a major business impact on at least 3 industries: financial-banking services and insurance, retail (including e-commerce), media and telecommunications. With the definition of regulations at the European level, it is possible to see an important advance of AI in the public sector, especially in the fields of public administration and health. It will certainly be an interesting year that we will all remember as the year of the beginning of a new technological revolution”, adds Adrian Herdan.
