Telekom Romania Mobile Communications announces changes in the leadership team

Mrs. Florina Tănase is appointed Chief Human Resources, Transformation & Governance Officer. In her new role, Mrs. Tănase will support the Acting CEO, Mr. Babis Mazarakis, with the day-to-day management and operation of the company, driving the cross-functional alignment and engagement, coordinating the execution of the key priorities from a value driven perspective and boosting further enhancements of the customer experience, our strategic objective. In addition to her current responsibilities, HR, Legal & External Affairs, the wholesale function will be as well reporting to her.

Florina Tănase has over 17 years of experience in executive management positions in the fields of legal, corporate governance, regulatory, compliance, security, CSR & corporate communication, human resources, in highly regulated industries such as telecom and pharma. Mrs. Tănase holds a Master’s degree in European Union law, an EMBA degree from Tiffin University and international practice diplomas in M&A and International Business Organizations from the International Bar Association & College of Law of England and Wales. Mrs. Tănase is a Certified Director (IDP-C) having completed the INSEAD International Directors Program in 2021 and she has recently been awarded by INSEAD the Certificate in Global Management.
