2Checkout, the leading all-in-one monetization platform for global businesses, is proud to announce that it has been ranked third in the Top Employers 2019 list published by “Where We Work” (translation), an independent platform and community dedicated to employees in Romania.
The annual recognition list highlights those companies that demonstrate a strong focus on their employees’ needs as well as a healthy work environment. 2Checkout was included for the first time in the list, ranking third in the general category and second in the IT&C category. According to Where We Work, the ranking is based on reviews provided by employees on the Where We Work dedicated page.

The company became a digital commerce leader on the international market for digital goods, enabling software companies to accelerate online sales through any channel, any model, and any market. In October 2013, the company was acquired by Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm. In April 2017, Avangate acquired 2Checkout to expand payment flexibility and broaden market reach, and the joint company was reintroduced under one name as 2Checkout.
