Ness Digital Engineering leases over 4100 sqm in UBC 0 of Iulius Town Timisoara
Ness Digital Engineering and Iulius Town Timişoara have concluded a partnership on the rental of two floors of the office building United Business Center 0 (UBC 0), the tallest office building in Romania, of 155 m and 27 floors, which will be inaugurated in last quarter of 2020.

The Ness Technology Innovation Center will occupy two levels of the 27 buildings of UBC 0, which will deliver over 52,000 square meters of Class A office space on the market.
The aim of Ness for the Technological Innovation Center in Timisoara is to increase the team of engineers, providing IT solutions as part of international projects, for a portfolio of clients from various fields, such as education, media, financial services, transport , entertainment, automotive etc. At the same time, they will have the opportunity to work in Scala, Python, Java, PHP, Javascript .NET, Angular.
With a height of 155 meters and 27 floors, UBC O will be the tallest office building in Romania. The building will have a built area of over 74,000 square meters and, like the other buildings in the mixed ensemble, is built in accordance with international standards for “green buildings”. The office spaces will have a total area of 52,000 sqm rentable. Generous surfaces on each level, which will reach up to 2,000 square meters, spaces without interior columns, increased degree of natural light, ultramodern equipment and technologies and energy efficient solutions – are some of the features of the new building.
Iulius Town, developed by the companies IULIUS and Atterbury Europe, is the largest investment in the west of the country, totaling 442 million euros.
