Up Romania gets the international Great Place to Work certification
Up Romania, member of the Up Group, has received certification from Great Place to Work® for the quality of the work environment enjoyed by its employees.
Up Romania is thus among the most appreciated companies in Europe and in the world, as it appears from the evaluations of its own employees. In Romania there are a little over 10 companies that benefit from this certification. Caring for people, cooperation, respect for the right to privacy, fair treatment and team cohesion were the elements that obtained the highest scores, respectively over 90%, in the process of assessing the satisfaction of Up Romania employees. Asked what is unique in the company and what makes it an excellent work environment, Up Romania employees mentioned that they feel part of a family, appreciate the balance between work and personal life, there is a very good relationship between professional training and financial satisfaction.
Also, other features that stood out are: freedom of decision, very good communication both between colleagues and at all levels of management, encouragement of innovation and ideas, real opportunities for development and promotion, flexible schedule, relaxed atmosphere from work and very attractive location. An important thing for them was the fact that, through the contribution made by the company and by them, as employees, it is possible to bring an improvement in the quality of life of other people.
