Visual Fan (Allview) becomes an associate of Headlight Solutions, a developer of software and hardware solutions

Visual Fan, the company that owns the Allview brand announced the takeover of a 12 per cent stake in Headlight Solutions, a technology company specialized in research and development, prototyping and production. Headlight Solutions is a company founded in 2013 that recorded a turnover of 59 million lei (12.03 million euros) in 2020, with projects that include complex software solutions and custom-made hardware.

“The partnership of Visual Fan and Headlight Solutions marks the beginning of a process of expanding the portfolio of products and services of the two companies, by developing advanced technologies that will be used in joint or individual projects. Thus, the first projects started together aim at entering new industries that are following a digitalization process, through which we will offer innovative products and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence,” said Lucian Peticilă, General Manager of Allview.

Headlight Solutions’ portfolio covers a wide range of fields, with numerous development opportunities on several levels.
