ANIS: TechTalent Growth technology courses start on November 9th
ANIS, the Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry, announces the calendar of free TechTalent Growth technology courses, a project with European funding. The courses will be taught by trainers with extensive experience in trainings and IT courses.
The courses will take place online on the LMS (Learning Management System) platform within the project and will start on November 9, 2020.

Co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Human Capital Operational Program, TechTalent Growth (POCU / 464/3/12/128239) takes place in the period 2020-2021. The program is addressed to employees of IT companies in the counties of Argeș, Bihor, Brașov, Cluj, Constanța, Dolj, Galați, Iași, Mureș, Sibiu, Suceava, Timiș. They must fall into the SME segment. Thus, the turnover must not exceed 50 million euros per year, and the companies must have no more than 250 employees. An employee can attend only one course.
“We invite IT companies in eligible counties to join the TechTalent Growth program to increase the level of employee training, thus increasing their competitiveness and capacity for innovation. Romania needs well-trained tech specialists to remain relevant in the context of the European IT market “, said Gabriela Mechea, ANIS Executive Director.
Companies can opt for employee training by selecting the most appropriate courses from the five available in the program: Programming (DevOps and Java), Databases, Web design, all at an advanced level, and a Data Protection Officer (DPO) Training Course. All courses are ANC certified. People over the age of 55 are also encouraged to attend the courses. Participation in the courses is free, all costs involved being provided by the European Social Fund, through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014 – 2020.
