Colliers Romania appoints Simona Urse as Associate Director of Tenant Services
Real estate consultancy Colliers is expanding its Office Leasing team, with Simona Urse joining the company as Associate Director | Tenant Services. With 20 years of experience in real estate, including 14 years in the office sector, Simona will work with companies reassessing their space requirements, from relocations and lease renegotiations to optimising office space based on how teams actually use it.
Before joining Colliers, Simona Urse was Associate Director in the Office Agency department at Crosspoint Real Estate. Throughout her career, she has worked on tenant representation, relocations, lease renegotiations and space acquisitions, advising companies on selecting office locations, negotiating commercial terms and adapting spaces to their requirements. Her clients have included Qualcomm, Medtronic, Lactalis, Goldman Sachs, MOL and Broadridge.
Simona Urse has also been involved in several significant transactions on the local office market. In 2026, she represented Rohde & Schwarz Topex in the renewal and expansion of its premises at myhive IRIDE | nineteen to 10,000 square metres and advised Paralela 45 on its relocation to approximately 1,100 square metres at AFI Loft. Previously, she also worked on the renegotiation of Broadridge’s lease for 2,300 square metres in Cluj-Napoca.
”Over the past few years, companies have been scrutinising office-related decisions more closely and need advice that takes into account costs, flexibility and how space is actually used. Simona’s experience in working with occupiers and negotiating complex projects is a strong addition to our team. She understands both the market and the internal decision-making processes within companies, and that combination is highly relevant to the projects we manage”, says Victor Coșconel, Partner | Head of Leasing | Office & Industrial Agencies at Colliers.
In her new role, Simona will bring to the Colliers team the experience she has gained from complex tenant representation projects and will contribute to assignments where companies need a thorough assessment of their options and support throughout the decision-making process.
” Every project starts from a different set of circumstances and very specific priorities for the company. Sometimes the focus is on costs, while in other cases it is on flexibility, location or how well the space meets the team’s needs. I want to continue working closely with clients, understand these priorities in depth and help them make decisions that are right for the stage they are in”, says Simona Urse, Associate Director | Tenant Services at Colliers.
