eMAG and HeyBlu announce the acquisition of Orange Money

eMAG and HeyBlu, a financial services company owned by the eMAG Group, announce the acquisition of Orange Money, by taking over 100% of the shares.

The transaction is part of eMAG’s strategy to expand the development and diversification of the financial services offered.

Currently, over 2.5 million customers can access the flexible financing options available in My Wallet, from the possibility of paying within 30 days of purchase, to purchasing in 4, 6, 12, 24 or 36 fixed installments, for orders with a value of up to 10,000 lei, both for products from the eMAG offer and for those of partner sellers in the Marketplace.
