This allows them to grow, to come with their own ideas,\u201d <strong><em>Dan Achim, Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, Majorel<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>said during Romanian Business Services Forum organized by Outsourcing Today and The Diplomat-Bucharest.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn the past years, we realized that, in the end, it\u2019s not only about managing people, but also about serving them. A lot of people apply the servant leadership style that is probably the best fit to our industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Things will evolve really fast in the next couple of years due to artificial intelligence.
