AI) capability living in a country directly affected by the war in Ukraine.\u00a0 Publicis Sapient developed the program in partnership with Publicis Groupe.\u00a0 Details are as follows:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong><em>Bridge To Next<\/em> offers professional support<\/strong>,<\/span> including full- and part-time jobs for talent working from their home countries, as well as visa and relocation services for those who choose to move.\u00a0 For Ukrainians who are unable to leave Ukraine, Publicis Sapient is making remote work available.\u00a0<br><br><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">The program also provides personal and emotional support<\/span><\/strong> for talent and their families through stress, anxiety and PTSD counselling, developed and customized by Thrive, a behaviour change technology company; Hiding in a bomb shelter, she lost her job as she couldn\u2019t work.&nbsp; She risked her life by leaving the shelter, seeking a place where she had wifi to conduct job interviews.&nbsp; On March 20, within days of interviewing with Publicis Sapient, she landed a job as a business analyst focused on cloud technology, based in Poland.&nbsp; Two days later, she left Kyiv in a car that drove her through dangerous terrain and arrived in Warsaw 23 hours later.&nbsp; The Head of Publicis Sapient\u2019s Poland office Greg Shuler greeted and invited her to stay with his family.&nbsp; She was then offered relocation services.&nbsp; Kapshyk says she was drawn by the company\u2019s culture, policies, and shared experiences.&nbsp; She adds, \u201cToday, I can sleep at night, and walk to my co-working space as I need that time for rehabilitation, and study.\u201d&nbsp; Despite the hardships she and her family have faced, she says, \u201cWe\u2019re not victims, we\u2019re living, we\u2019re surviving.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH THRIVE AND ETUTOR FOR BRIDGE TO NEXT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;Bridge To Next, Publicis Sapient has partnered with the behaviour change technology company Thrive to provide well-being resources, including science-backed Microsteps for coping with stress in the moment, practical ways to recharge mentally and physically, and tips for strengthening connections with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publicis Sapient has also partnered with eTutor as one of its language platforms for language instruction in Ukrainian, Polish, English, Arabic, and other languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fast-track recruitment process is now underway.&nbsp; leverage the Home Swap Home program to take in a colleague who is fleeing the war; sign up to volunteer in relocation efforts or help in humanitarian and medical aid and access the \u201cHour of Solidarity\u201d backdrop image.<br><br><\/li><li>Also on Marcel, Ukrainians on the ground can post their stories and share videos, as well as have access to mental health first aiders and mental health initiatives.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Publicis Groupe is also driving initiatives in different geographies, such as in the UK where there is a Bandages for Ukraine appeal.&nbsp;
