The value of the transaction amounts to approximately two million dollars that will be paid through a mix of cash and equity.<\/p>\n
The evolution of the key financial indicators of Softbinator Technologies, which presents an annual doubling of revenues in the last 3 years, an evolution that will be maintained during 2020, was one of the main reasons why Bittnet decided to become a shareholder of the company. Also, through this decision, Bittnet aims to open a new area of \u200b\u200bservices – software development and approach the North American market with joint projects.<\/p>\n
