The current COVID-19 situation is making organizations think differently and look at various opportunities available in the virtual environment. Through this research ACCA proposes a survey in order\u00a0 to understand how the current situation is impacting the learning and development function as well as the outlook of companies towards L&D initiatives (with a focus on Finance Teams).<\/p>\n
