This is the conclusion reached by the Romanian company specialized in Sales-as-a-Service services, TNX, which announces the launch of TNX OS, a proprietary technological platform that allows real-time monitoring of commercial results and integrates commercial research, data analysis and business signals with the help of artificial intelligence.

Through TNX OS, the company’s customers benefit from direct access to an interactive reporting environment, where they can track campaign activity, performance indicators, commercial interactions and the evolution of opportunities, without depending exclusively on periodic reports.

The launch of TNX OS marks a new stage in TNX’s development, which strengthens its Sales-as-a-Service model by integrating its own technology as it expands its operations in European markets.

Artificial intelligence is changing B2B sales, but productivity remains a challenge

The launch of the TNX OS platform takes place in a context where companies are increasingly investing in artificial intelligence and sales automation, but the technological benefits do not automatically translate into measurable business results.

According to Gartner research published in May 2026, AI tools save an average of 4.8 hours of work per week for a sales rep. However, 72% of sales organizations insufficiently reinvest the time saved in high-value sales activities.

In parallel, the “State of Sales 2026” report, conducted by Salesforce, shows that sales reps use an average of eight technology tools to close contracts, and 42% say they feel overwhelmed by their number.

From digital footprint and AI Sales Signals to business opportunities

The central component of the platform, GTM (Go-to-Market) Intelligence, uses artificial intelligence to analyze the digital footprint and public information of target companies, such as market positioning, products and technologies used.

The system automatically detects commercial triggers (expansions, recruitments, organizational changes or investments) and correlates them to the profile of the ideal customer. This centralization allows for the rapid identification of companies with real potential and the preparation of personalized interactions, providing sales teams with the clear context and justification needed to initiate relevant discussions.

“B2B sales can no longer be built only on lists of companies and large volumes of outreach. The difference is made by the ability to understand what is happening in a business, what changes it is going through and where there is a real opportunity. Through TNX OS we connect research, signals identified with the help of AI and commercial execution in a single process. We don’t just want to generate more activity for customers, but to build a smarter and more predictable way to identify and develop commercial opportunities”, says Mihnea Antoce, Co-Founder TNX.

Full transparency on campaigns and live access to performance indicators

The reporting and business intelligence component of TNX OS provides customers with direct and permanent access, in real time, to the activity and performance of their campaigns. Unlike traditional commercial outsourcing, based on periodic reports sent by the supplier, this centralized and interactive platform allows complete monitoring of the pipeline: from prospected companies and contacted decision-makers, to interactions, responses and opportunities generated.

Through interactive dashboards and dedicated filters, customers can analyze activity volumes, conversion rates, and progress by segments or business stages. This expanded visibility helps companies understand where bottlenecks occur and which segments generate interest, while TNX uses the platform to monitor the continuity of interactions and ensure follow-up. The TNX OS integration has been associated with a roughly 40% reduction in stagnant business opportunities, with the platform being used so far in 25 campaigns, processing around 3,000 registrations for 12 active customers monthly.

“In sales outsourcing services, one of the most important questions of the client is what is happening concretely with his pipeline. We wanted to eliminate situations in which a company has to wait for a report or a meeting to understand the progress of the campaign. Through TNX OS, customers have live visibility of the activity, can analyze indicators through filters and follow the evolution of commercial opportunities. For us, transparency should not be an optional benefit, but the standard by which a commercial partnership works”, explains Albert Enciu, Co-Founder TNX.

TNX is a Romanian Sales-as-a-Service company, active since November 2024, which provides business development services for B2B companies in industries such as SaaS, IT, BPO, artificial intelligence, fintech, financial services, software development and marketing.

The TNX model combines the go-to-market strategy, defining the ideal customer profile, commercial research, identifying opportunities and executing outbound campaigns through channels such as LinkedIn and cold calling, supported by proprietary technology.

In the first 18 months of activity, TNX collaborated with over 50 clients, for whom it generated commercial opportunities with a cumulative value of over RON 100 million and contributed to the conclusion of contracts worth approximately RON 3.5 million.

The estimate belongs to the Romanian company specialized in Sales-as-a-Service services, TNX, which has developed TNX OS, its own sales operations system through which it centralizes and monitors the activity of commercial campaigns carried out for customers.
