The company targets B2B organizations in IT, software, SaaS, technology services and business services and estimates that, by the end of 2027, the three markets could generate approximately €450,000–500,000 in annual recurring revenue.

The company is expanding its operations into Bulgaria, Germany and Hungary, where it is building local sales teams, and estimates that it can generate a combined sales pipeline of €150–160 million for its clients in 2027TNX is targeting a portfolio of 12–16 clients by the end of 2026 and approximately 30 new clients in 2027 across the three marketsThe target for the end of 2027 is to reach €450,000–500,000 in annual recurring revenue.

By the end of 2026, TNX aims to build its local teams and manage a portfolio of 12–16 clients across Bulgaria, Germany and Hungary, while in 2027 its target is to acquire approximately 30 new clients.

Why software implementation companies need an external sales team

The expansion is based on a niche identified by TNX within the enterprise software ecosystem. Major vendors develop their products through local or certified partner networks that handle solution implementation. These partners typically have technical expertise and delivery capabilities, but do not always have a dedicated sales structure focused on generating new business. Some have grown primarily through referrals, inbound leads or projects generated through their relationship with the vendor.

TNX effectively operates as the implementation company’s external sales team: it identifies relevant organizations, conducts account-level research, maps decision-makers, and generates commercial conversations and opportunities. In the three markets, the company works with resellers, implementation partners and technology solution providers within the enterprise software ecosystem, developing local prospecting and new-business generation processes for them.

“Within software ecosystems, we frequently encounter companies that are technically very strong and capable of delivering complex projects, but do not have the same ability to systematically generate new business. TNX helps them move from a business model driven primarily by referrals and existing relationships to a systematic process for identifying and developing new opportunities. Across the three markets, we estimate that we can generate a €150–160 million sales pipeline for our clients in 2027,” says Mihnea Antoce, Co-Founder of TNX.

Local teams to develop new markets

The companies targeted generally have revenues ranging from €3 million to more than €50 million, with the main criteria being commercial maturity, contract value and delivery capacity.

“In each of the three markets, we want to build local teams made up of native speakers. For a software implementation company, this means it can test a new market without making the initial investment required to build its own sales team. We take care of the research, prospecting, outreach and qualification until a genuine opportunity emerges,” says Albert Enciu, Co-Founder of TNX.

Entering a new market also requires adapting the commercial infrastructure to local conditions. For each country, TNX analyzes market specifics and B2B purchasing behavior, selects relevant data sources for prospecting, and works with local recruitment partners to identify the right specialists. These professionals go through a dedicated onboarding and training process and then work as an integrated part of the TNX team, combining the company’s methodology, messaging and execution standards with an understanding of the language, culture and commercial dynamics specific to each market.

The model can work directly with the implementation company or through the vendor and its partner ecosystem. In both cases, TNX aims to become a local commercial layer connecting the vendor, implementation partner and end customer, particularly for complex software projects, where a targeted approach is more relevant than volume-based lead generation.

Corporate digitalization supports enterprise software ecosystems

Eurostat data shows that, in 2025, almost half of companies in the EU used ERP solutions, with the figure reaching 88.71% among large companies. In the three markets targeted by TNX, ERP adoption stood at 43.54% in Germany, 30.85% in Hungary and 26.64% in Bulgaria. Differences in digital maturity also create different market contexts for enterprise solution providers and implementation companies.

TNX continues its internationalization strategy launched in 2025

The expansion into Bulgaria, Germany and Hungary represents the next stage of TNX’s international strategy and puts into practice the direction previously announced by the company regarding an increased share of international business.

The company operates in the Sales-as-a-Service segment and works with B2B organizations in areas such as SaaS, IT services, BPO, AI, financial services, fintech, software development and marketing agencies, using a model that combines go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profile definition, sales messaging development and outbound sales execution through channels such as LinkedIn and cold calling. In this way, TNX positions itself as an external sales partner, with both a strategic and operational role, in a market that is still developing in Romania but is already significantly more mature in North America and Western Europe.

Launched in November 2024, the company has worked with more than 50 clients to date and generated more than RON 100 million in business opportunities for them. During its first 18 months of activity, TNX contributed to closing deals worth RON 3.5 million, while in 2025 it recorded revenues of RON 400,000. Against this backdrop, international expansion represents a natural next step in the development of a business model built for predictable growth, both in Romania and in international markets.

TNX, a Romanian Sales-as-a-Service company, is entering the markets of Bulgaria, Germany and Hungary, where it is developing a sales model primarily aimed at companies implementing enterprise software solutions.
