Regional private equity fund BoldMind Capital Partners and the executive management team of Pall-Ex Romania, the Romanian operator of the international Pall-Ex franchise, have completed the acquisition of the company through a Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) transaction valued at more than \u20ac25 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction was financed through equity provided by BoldMind Capital Partners and the management team, complemented by a significant financing facility from Banca Transilvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, BoldMind Capital Partners and the company’s management team become the shareholders of Pall-Ex Romania, establishing a partnership that marks a new stage of growth through investments in technology, digitalisation, service portfolio expansion and the strengthening of the company’s leadership position in Romania’s express palletised freight distribution market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new ownership structure will enable the company to accelerate investments, respond more rapidly to market opportunities and develop new value-added services for both network members and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company’s executive management remains unchanged, ensuring continuity of the strategic direction that has driven Pall-Ex Romania’s development and established its market-leading position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this transaction, Pall-Ex Romania aims to further raise its quality standards by delivering increasingly efficient logistics services and an enhanced customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
