CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) and Schwarz Digits have signed a multi-year strategic agreement. The objective of the partnership is to direct the native AI platform CrowdStrike Falcon\u00ae directly to STACKIT, Schwarz Digits’ sovereign cloud, thus expanding European companies’ access to state-of-the-art security technologies, compliant with the strictest data storage regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of this expanded alliance, CrowdStrike has signed a definitive agreement to acquire XM Cyber, a Schwarz Digits company globally recognized for its advanced attack simulation and threat vector visualization technologies. As next-generation artificial intelligence (Frontier AI) accelerates the pace at which hackers discover and exploit vulnerabilities, organizations are moving away from fragmented tools and choosing the Falcon platform to unify visibility, risk prioritization, and incident response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A smooth transition for XM Cyber customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
XM Cyber, recognized as a “Challenger” in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Exposure Assessment Platforms, has built a strong portfolio in European markets. XM Cyber will continue to operate and support its existing customers, who will have the opportunity to adopt the Falcon platform through the flexible Falcon Flex program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additional transaction details: Upon completion of the transaction, CrowdStrike will take over XM Cyber, but will not take over the revenue or current client portfolio. XM Cyber will continue to operate as a stand-alone business entity under a license from CrowdStrike. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of CrowdStrike’s fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory body approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
