KPMG has partnered with OpenAI to reshape how employees and customers interact with enterprise software across public and private sectors in the AI era.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an OpenAI Elite Partner, KPMG will integrate AI into enterprise processes to accelerate decision-making, advance automation and simplify user experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is also collaborating with OpenAI to design and roll out an AI\u2011native supply chain and fulfillment orchestration platform for its own operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PMG US Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industry business leader Chad Seiler said: \u201cSaaS [software-as-a-service] is evolving; it is becoming agentic. We are designing AI-enabled systems that will act as the front door for customers and employees to engage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis approach requires collaboration across the technology ecosystem, and OpenAI is a critical partner to KPMG as we help clients move from software-led transformation to intelligent systems that work across the enterprise technology stack.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KPMG is operating within OpenAI\u2019s own environment as a client\u2011zero deployment to help shape what it describes as a new model for the AI\u2011first enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This work is intended to show how organisations can move away from conventional, application\u2011centric experiences towards a more intuitive approach, where AI becomes the primary system of engagement and enterprise applications remain the system of record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To accelerate delivery, KPMG will use a forward deployed engineer (FDE) model, placing senior engineers directly alongside OpenAI teams to quickly convert business requirements into production\u2011ready solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KPMG\u2019s FDEs will complete OpenAI FDE certification as part of this effort to translate business needs into deployable systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OpenAI Strategic Global Partnerships and Ecosystems vice\u2011president Colleen Kapase said: \u201cAs an OpenAI Elite Partner, KPMG brings deep transformation, industry and implementation experience that can help organisations deploy OpenAI\u2019s technology in new and impactful ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTogether, we are applying OpenAI\u2019s models directly within enterprise systems and public-sector platforms so organisations can use AI where work actually happens.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration will also support KPMG\u2019s work with the US state and local governments through the modernisation of KRIS Connected, a suite of SaaS solutions for public\u2011sector agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this alliance, KPMG and OpenAI aim to help government bodies transition from siloed legacy systems to connected case management, service delivery and decision\u2011support capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
