Once approved, the platform will provide employers with a single online portal to manage key immigration procedures electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A foreign worker can be legally employed in Romania through a digital procedure carried out in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/workinromania.gov.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WorkinRomania.gov.ro<\/a>, based on a single application uploaded by the employer or, where applicable, by an authorised placement agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Govt.platform: <a href=\"https:\/\/workinromania.gov.ro\/workinro\/default\/angajati\">Pentru angaja\u021bi<\/a>, the procedure is designed to support legal entry, legal work and worker protection: information before departure, clear contracts, salary rights and working conditions equal to those applicable to Romanian workers, and mechanisms for reporting abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ij1hl414\">Employers will be able to register online, apply for work authorizations, submit work visa and residence permit applications, receive official documents electronically, and manage applications through one centralized platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-lzxhp418\">The system will automatically verify information across multiple government databases, helping reduce paperwork, improve efficiency, and shorten processing times. It will also validate electronic signatures and ensure job offers comply with government-approved labour shortage requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6k5s7424\">The platform will incorporate robust cybersecurity measures, including multi-factor authentication and data encryption.
