Startups join Orange Romania&#8217;s open innovation ecosystem, benefiting from mentoring, access to technology and collaboration opportunities. The companies included in the program are at different stages of development, from startups in the concept or prototype stage to organizations with already launched products and active customers. With this new cohort, the number of startups supported through Orange Fab reaches 58.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">&#8220;At Orange Fab, we are looking for startups that develop solutions capable of responding to real challenges in business and for society. We believe that innovation generates value when technology has a concrete impact, and our role is to facilitate this connection between founders, experts, customers and partners in the ecosystem. The four startups selected in this edition address key areas for digital transformation, such as cybersecurity, smart infrastructures and health. Through access to Orange&#8217;s resources, expertise and network, we aim to support them in validating solutions, developing pilot projects and accelerating their adoption in the market. They are teams that have demonstrated not only the capacity for innovation, but also the potential to transform emerging technologies into solutions with real value for organizations and users&#8221;, <strong>said Ana Ciobanu, Startup Programs Manager.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The four startups were selected for their ability to respond to current challenges in strategic areas such as cybersecurity, advanced connectivity, smart infrastructures and digital services with social impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Alpha by Zendra is a cybersecurity platform developed for automating vulnerability assessment and penetration testing processes. The solution enables continuous assessment of IT infrastructure or web applications, by identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing risk exposure, and quickly generating security reports and remediation recommendations. Designed to simplify testing and monitoring processes, the platform integrates the configuration, scanning, evaluation and reporting stages into a single operational flow, reducing dependence on multiple tools or specialized resources dedicated exclusively to cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. BraveX Aero develops advanced drones for aerial surveillance and critical operations. The solution combines autonomous drones, smart sensors, and analytics software to provide real-time information and imagery. Technology can support activities in areas such as security, infrastructure monitoring, emergency response and environmental protection, where quick access to information is essential. For the defense sector, the company is also building interceptor drones capable of flying at 500 km\/h and target drones for calibrating defense systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Solomonar develops intelligent drone systems connected through 5G technologies and artificial intelligence, capable of transmitting data and images in real time in critical environments. The solution is intended for scenarios such as emergency response, infrastructure monitoring, and security operations. By integrating advanced connectivity and artificial intelligence directly into aerial platforms, the company is contributing to the development of a new generation of smart digital infrastructures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TeleSenior offers modern telecare services dedicated to the elderly and combines technology with permanent human support. The solution includes smart devices for fall detection and SOS alert transmission, real-time monitoring and access to a call center available 24\/7. The platform contributes to increasing the safety and independence of seniors and gives families the certainty that loved ones can quickly receive help in emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The startups included in the program define the new generation of technological innovation \u2013 artificial intelligence, 5G connectivity, automation, digital security and technologies with social impact. In addition, BraveX Aero and Solomonar bring valuable expertise in autonomous systems and drone-based technologies, a segment that is undergoing an accelerated evolution at European level. The solutions developed by the two companies highlight the potential of dual-use technologies, with applications that can contribute both to the efficiency of civil operations and to increasing the resilience of infrastructures and monitoring capacities, in areas of economic and strategic relevance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They will benefit from mentoring provided by Orange experts for product development and business model consolidation, support for accessing research and innovation grants, as well as support for the implementation of pilot projects. At the same time, they have access to the Orange 5G Lab infrastructure, where they can test and optimize solutions based on 5G, IoT and AI technologies with the help of state-of-the-art equipment and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acceleration program has been present in Romania for 9 years and is aimed at both mature startups, with launched products and scalable business models, and companies in an early stage, which need validation, testing and support for product development.
