Bucharest Stock Exchange-listed<\/strong> Softbinator Technologies strengthens its executive team by appointing Corina Ilinca as CEO and Laura Ro\u0219ianu as COO \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Softbinator Technologies (BVB: CODE), a Romanian company providing end-to-end software product development services (product management, product design, software development, AI\/ML development, and product marketing), announces the appointment of Corina Ilinca as the company\u2019s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 1, 2026. At the same time, effective from the same date, Softbinator Technologies appoints Laura Ro\u0219ianu as Chief Operating Officer (COO), as the company enters a new stage of development focused on strengthening artificial intelligence capabilities, international expansion, and the development of strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corina combines commercial and management experience with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the way AI is transforming the global software industry. At the same time, Laura\u2019s operational experience and ability to scale organizations and teams in dynamic environments complement this new stage for the company very well. I am confident that together they form an executive team able to accelerate Softbinator Technologies\u2019 development both from the perspective of international expansion and strategic partnerships, as well as strengthening operational execution and organizational effectiveness,<\/em>\u201d stated Daniel Ilinca, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Softbinator Technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to her appointment as CEO, Corina Ilinca held the position of Sales and Partnerships Director within Softbinator Technologies, contributing to the development of the company\u2019s strategic collaborations both with providers of software technologies used in development processes and with international partners alongside whom the company developed software products. Corina Ilinca has an interdisciplinary profile that combines experience in business development, research, and technology. She holds a degree in Automation and Applied Informatics, a PhD in Sociology, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence. Throughout her career, Corina Ilinca has participated in international conferences and published scientific papers in the field of data analysis and processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her new role, Corina Ilinca will coordinate the company\u2019s development strategy, with a focus on expanding AI capabilities, strengthening the international presence, and developing strategic collaborations. She takes over the CEO position from Gabriela Mechea, who will continue to serve as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Softbinator Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, she was included in Forbes\u2019 \u201c30 Under 30\u201d ranking for her contributions to the development and growth of high-impact organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Softbinator Technologies has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since December 2021 and is traded under the symbol CODE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
