It&#8217;s a reality where people have the instruments to work faster, to work in a more efficient way, and to generate more value with less resources and less effort. So, the investors are looking for something different now. They are looking, or at least they should look, should check for different type of partners, because I think in our industry, we also need to operate this change in our mindset. We are not operating their activities. We need to see ourselves as being their equal partner,\u201d <strong><em>Diana Delca, Country Managing Director, Concentrix said during Romanian Business Services Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest and Outsourcing Today.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key statements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>And how can we keep our attractivity? We can do this if we are able to put efforts into understanding their business, asking the right questions, making sure we are in the right meetings with them, understanding their challenges. And once we manage to understand what their challenges are, we will be able to propose something that can generate value for their business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Romania has all the capabilities in the world. So, we have people that are highly skilled. We have the cultural fit with the Western and the US customers. We also have the technical capabilities to handle complex activities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I think our industry, in the future, should be very courageous and should start to ask the difficult questions to our partners and be bolder in suggesting solutions that have never been tested before. Because we have all the ingredients to do this, for our partners and for ourselves.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Training needs to be understood as a constant, a continuous process. Not a punctual activity that is done in response to something that is coming from the external world.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I think fear grows into silence. So, I think we have a responsibility towards our people to be as transparent as possible with them, to keeping them informed at every step in the way the business is evolving.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>And the automation is taking over all the repetitive tasks. And, the opportunities, the room that is created for more value-generated tasks. Because this is the future for our people. So, we believe at Concentrix that technology is not here to kill jobs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Technology is here to transform workplace and to transform roles and transform jobs. We have this responsibility towards our people to support them in adapting and in continuously learning how to remain relevant, how they can stay relevant for our business and for the workforce.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Besides the psychological safety that we need to create for our people, we also need to invest in our leaders, in our managers, because they will need to be the ambassadors. They will need to advocate that technology is here to stay. And we should not fear technology.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We should go into a mindset that says we need to work; we need to collaborate.
