Through high\u2011impact conversations and expert insights, participants engaged in the future of ethical AI ecosystems, innovation pathways, and talent development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gathering welcomed senior representatives from both diplomatic and corporate circles, including <strong>H.E. In the business world in particular, AI has become central to strategic conversations \u2014 not merely as a productivity tool, but as a core strategic capability. Given the scale of its impact, AI calls for new skills across all levels of organizations. It is reshaping how work is organized, performed, and valued, making it increasingly difficult to draw clear boundaries between the roles of today and those of tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI-driven technologies are now embedded across localized software systems, back-office functions, customer agents, and operational workflows. Almost every business process is being enhanced \u2014 and, in some cases, redefined \u2014 by AI, leading to new expectations around productivity and performance. As technology and AI sit at the heart of organizational operations, questions of AI governance, accountability, and oversight become critically important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"836\" src=\"https:\/\/outsourcing-today.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/ambassador-1024x836.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14984\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In his turn, H.E. Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Ambassador of India to Romania <\/strong>addressed the strong capabilities of India workforce and talents in the technology area and the scalable expansion of Indian companies in the world. H.E also highlighted that\u00a0India and Romania are strengthening their partnership through collaboration in digital technology, specifically leveraging AI to drive future-ready innovation.
