Orange launches the first 5G+ fixed internet solution in Romania for home use, without installation. The service will offer speeds of up to 1.5 Gbps, unlimited traffic and the first month with a 100% discount.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Net Fix 5G+, Orange offers a plug-and-play solution that does not require installation or configuration. Customers can have internet with speeds of up to 1500 Mbps within 5 minutes of receiving the equipment. Regardless of their needs or passions, anyone can have access to the fastest mobile network in Romania, wherever there is a 5G\/5G+ signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange offers the fastest mobile internet speeds in our country, through the continuously developing 5G\/5G+ network. At the end of 2025, the operator had coverage with the new technology in 88 cities and surrounding areas, as well as in many other localities. Also at the end of last year, Orange was recertified as the fastest mobile network in our country by LCC International. And according to the latest Netograf study, conducted by ANCOM, Orange maintained the fastest mobile network in Romania, with average download speeds of 95 Mbps, while also having the fastest fixed internet, with average download speeds of 558 Mbps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are situations where classic high-speed internet is not available. On the one hand, we are talking about certain rural, mountainous or even urban areas where accessibility for installing optical fiber is reduced. For example, the Danube Delta, where Orange launched a 5G Standalone network for the first time in Romania last year, through the 5G Connect Danube Delta* project, bringing high-speed connectivity to one of the most isolated areas in the country. On the other hand, we are talking about users with second homes or a holiday home, where high-speed connectivity may not have been a priority until now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new service costs 18 EUR\/month + VAT, includes the 5G+ router and offers several extra options for those who want access to streaming services and online content. Customers can include Netflix Basic, Standard or Premium subscriptions, HBO Max and YouTube Premium in the package, which have promotional prices for various periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traffic is unlimited, and the subscription is offered with a 100% discount in the first month. Customers who add Net Fix 5G+ to another service package (fixed fiber internet, mobile subscription), will receive a discount of 2 EUR\/month, excluding VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
