Zitec, a leader in the IT & digital transformation market in Romania, announces today the acquisition of the Romanian company Equilobe, a technology company recognized in the market for its stability and delivery of high value and quality to its partners.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This partnership brings together two Romanian technology companies with a similar culture and values \u200b\u200band a history of successful joint projects, as well as a shared vision on assuming the role of a responsible strategic and technical partner, directly involved in the success of customers. The merger creates one of the strongest poles of capabilities on .NET technologies in Romania, strengthening Zitec’s position as a key partner for complex solutions based on Microsoft technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Equilobe brings a valuable portfolio of international customers, mainly from mature markets such as Germany and the Netherlands. This move directly supports Zitec’s strategy of accelerated international expansion, complementing the company’s existing presence and operations in Western Europe”,<\/span> says Alex L\u0103pu\u0219an, CEO & Co-founder of Zitec.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key element of this partnership is the integration of Equilobe founders, C\u0103t\u0103lin Criveteanu and Dan Badea, into the Zitec management team, ensuring continuity and a shared commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan Badea will take over the coordination of Zitec’s .NET department, a central technological pillar for the company, while C\u0103t\u0103lin Criveteanu will occupy a key role in the consulting services area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to integrating the founders, the Zitec team is expanding with specialists from Equilobe, with a high level of experience, covering the entire product lifecycle \u2013 from design and UX, to engineering and DevOps. This addition is fundamental to Zitec’s strategy, which is based on attracting key skills and seniority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
