Last year, we sold properties totaling over EUR 29.4 million, and at the beginning of 2026 we have land and buildings listed for sale nationwide worth over EUR 80 million. The most attractive investment opportunities remain in the residential-commercial segment, but we are also seeing significant growth in demand in the logistics sector, which is becoming the backbone of the new economy. The strong demand for industrial halls located in strategic areas is driven by the growth of online consumption and the fact that many European and American companies have relocated production closer to home to avoid global disruptions,” said Flavius Drăghici, COO of azitis.com.

The top distressed real estate transactions in 2025 included a restaurant and an office building in Râmnicu Vâlcea (EUR 1.78 million), land with buildings in Târgu Jiu (EUR 1.48 million), a former Danube port in Mehedinți (EUR 1.3 million), and an office building in Timișoara (EUR 1.28 million) – all originally owned by Hidroconstrucția, a company currently in insolvency proceedings.

The most actively bid asset, however, was a 25,000 sqm plot of land in Izlaz (131 bids). Among the most expensive movable assets sold were five Boeing aircraft fuselages formerly owned by Blue Air, awarded at prices ranging between EUR 42,000 and EUR 48,000.

In total, azitis.com supported more than 2,300 auctions last year, recorded over 900,000 unique users and approximately 9.7 million website views, while listed assets generated more than 59 million impressions. The total value of assets listed in 2025 exceeded EUR 125 million, of which more than 380 assets were sold, most of them at the first auction.

At present, azitis.com lists 542 assets across 11 categories, ranging from buildings, machinery, and vehicles to equipment and office supplies, with a total value exceeding EUR 90 million. All listed assets represent acquisition opportunities for both individuals and legal entities, being sold by companies in insolvency, bankruptcy, enforcement proceedings, or undergoing voluntary portfolio liquidations.

Vehicles and construction machinery are the fastest-selling assets, while one of the most viewed listings is a multifunctional building (basement + ground floor + mezzanine + 4 floors + attic), with 1,748 sqm of usable space, located in District 1 of Bucharest. The asset has over 23,000 views and a starting price of EUR 980,000. Currently, the most valuable asset on the platform is the former four-star Ramada Hotel, operational and located in Săcele, Brașov County.

“In 2026, we will continue to develop the platform by introducing new AI-powered tools for users. Buyers will be able to interact with a personal assistant to help them create an account and participate in auctions. In parallel, we are building a gamification area that will advise buyers on the optimal investment in a specific asset based on their acquisition goals, as well as a simulator that will allow users to visualize the final outcome of an asset transformation after purchase – for example, how a construction would look on vacant land. We estimate an investment of approximately EUR 1 million this year to improve the user experience on azitis.com,” said Vasile Godîncă-Herlea, founder of the platform.

By the end of 2026, the company aims to list assets totaling over EUR 150 million and to generate sales exceeding EUR 50 million.

About azitis.com

https://azitis.com/ is the leading digital auction platform for distressed assets, accessible to any interested buyer.
